Jeff Klare
CEO | Be A Hero - Hire A Hero
Chris,
I hope all finds you well.
My name is Jeff Klare, I am the CEO of the company that is producing the “Be a Hero – Hire a Hero” Career Expo. I just got off the phone with the Colonel and he provided your email address.
We collectively, my company and I and all the veterans and active duty members, owe you a debt of gratitude. What you did in a few short moments changed the face of what we are trying to accomplish to support the hiring of our heroes.
I would like to fly you and a guest to New York City to see what you had a hand in creating. In a short time after your piece aired our computer servers crashed due to such a high volume of traffic, we have not slept and all hands have worked around the clock to answer both calls and emails from as far away as Italy, companies are asking how they could help.
Thank you for your service and what you have done for the men and women who need employment to feed their families.
Let me know if you can make it because there are a lot of people who want to give you a hug.

Executive Director, National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum
Dear Mr. Heben,
This is just a quick note to say hello and welcome you aboard the “Museum Team”! We’re honored to now count you among our growing membership and growing legions of supporters.
I hope you can visit your Museum soon and if you do so after July, we will have moved into our new 8,500 sq ft addition. It is a much needed addition to the Museum and although the structure is fully funded, we still need support to build the first class exhibits that our SEAL community deserves.
As a member you will receive our quarterly magazine “Fire in the Hole” which is a first class periodical and one I’m sure you will be very proud of. You will also have free access to the Museum at anytime for yourself and your family members.
Please take a look at our website for additional information at www.NavySEALmuseum.com. Please also take note of our annual signature event, “Muster”, during the Veterans Day weekend. It is a great time to meet old teammates and mingle with Frogmen and SEALs of all ages.
Thank you for your support and if I can be of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,

Director Global Security & Protective Operations | The Cleveland Clinic Foundation
Chris,
It is with pleasure that I write this letter to detail the relationship with you and Dr. Matthew Evenhouse as we make strides in improving world class security services at the Cleveland Clinic.
In 2010 I resurrected a program originally deployed in 2005 with the Cleveland Clinic Police Department. The Dignitary Protection Section of the Office of Protective Operations purpose was to provide professionally trained officers to support the Dignitary and Special Event protection responsibility of Protective operations.
As a retired supervisory special agent of the United States Secret Service, I was able to provide protection related training to the officers. Our security mission has developed with the relationship built with the Cleveland Clinic Critical Care Transport Team.
This relationship identified a void in the level of expertise of our officers relative to medical support in a hostile environment.
The tactical Medicine training provided by MSI exceeded my expectations and provided our officers with an excellent skill set to survive in such an environment.
The future holds many new challenges with the development and implementation of new programs to secure our employees and facilities the development of a sophisticated plan to support the Cleveland Clinic expatriate community in Abu Dhabi, UAE as well as a strategy to provide a safer and securer environment for our employees and facilities here in Cleveland will strengthen the solid relationship we have developed.

"A simple person from Argentina"
Dear Mr Christopher M. Heben,
I suppose you read a lot of mails, and a lot of important ones, so I don´t want to take your time away; I just wanted to tell you how I admire you. (Please, be patient with my English, I ´ve never studied it.)
The first time I saw you was on Fox last week and the way you talked made a good impression on me. You explained
everything with the right words, just enough to people understand.
Then I read your messages on Twitter and I was surprised to discover that your a very kind person despite some people (in my country) think about your job. I understand that you have served your nation faithfully, with sacrifice and passion.
Lastly, when I read your letter to Fox, I though "this man is incredibly humble, he is a hero, and he´s human!"
I hope that people in your country will recognize their heroes.
I Hope it all goes well with you and your family.
