Chris McKinley is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and the current President, CEO & Co-ounder of Intracoastal Medical Solutions, PLLC and Coastline Wellness, LLC. He is a NCCPA Certified (PA-C) Physician Assistant/Associate and holds a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Chris is fully licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina, Florida, and in Ohio. Chris is the founder of four successful companies in the medical device and medical/security/training & consulting spaces. Chris is currently doing day to day patient care at Coastline Wellness at Waterford, a thriving Functional Psychiatric and Functional Wellness/Medicine medical practice in Leland, North Carolina (910-834-2240). Additionally he also sees patients at Carolina Dunes Behavioral Health in Leland, North Carolina. Chris specializes in treating Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia as well as OCD, ADHD, and many other Psychiatric disorders. Chris does not see children under the age of 16. Mr. McKinley believes in 'muscle centric medicine'; believing that muscle is the key to life. As such, Chris is the areas leading expert in Hormone Replacement Therapy and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Theray (HRT & BHRT), for men and for women along with being the regions #1 Peptide expert for weightloss without muscle loss. Additionally, Chris is the foremost IV Ketamine provider in the Southeastern region of North Carolina, having done thousands of infusions in the last several years. Nasal Spray Ketamine (esketamine) also known as Spravato, is also another cutting egde treatment that he delivers.
During his military career, Chris served on SEAL Team 8 before joining a specialized Training Cell with Naval Special Warfare Group II. There, he was a close quarters combat and urban operations instructor. After leaving active duty, Chris performed duties as a Field Agaent and Special Operations Section Leader for a private military contractor in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and Al’ Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) in North Africa. Through these initiatives, Chris helped to both establish and enforce U.S. Foreign Policy on four continents.
Immediately following the termination of Osama Bin Laden on May 2nd 2011, Chris emerged as the news media's most featured Special Operations subject matter expert. As a result, Chris has appeared in hundreds of interviews on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, HLN, CBS, ABC, NBC, and many other Cable News Networks and radio networks. Chris starred on the Animal Planet TV show: ‘Ivory Wars’ (2014) and is also heavily featured in the Discovery Channel specials; ‘Secrets of SEAL Team Six ‘ (June of 2011) and ‘Inside Bin Laden's Lair’ (August 2012), the History Channel's ‘America's Book of Secrets: Black Op's’ (April 2013), and the United Kingdom's Channel 4 documentary; ‘Wikileaks, Secrets and Lies: The Julian Assange Story’ & ‘The Real Story of American Sniper’, currently airing on the Reelz Channel. He was the official voice for Under Armor's hunting TV show “Ridge Reaper” on the Outdoor Channel. This show is now in syndicated release and can be found on-line as well.
A sanctioned assignment in Haiti went sideways, publicly, in February of 2019, and subsequent news reports were largely innacurate and wildly and laughably speculative. As such, Chris now declines most requets for appearances in Televeision media, and seldom provides expertise and relevance on topics relating to Terrorism, Special Operations and the world Military community. Instead, he is professionaly focused on growing his medical practice as well as educating patients and the general public with respect to Functional and Integratice Medicine and Psychiatry as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/BHRT)/Peptides (Wegovy/Ozempic/Zepbound/Mounjaro/Retatutride for Weightloss and Longevity/Supplements and overall Health and Wellness.

Chris is a kinetic and dynamic medical professional as well as a prolific public speaker. He speaks from the heart. When he's not seeing patients, he still engages in custom wellness events for Business, including Fortune 500 Companies. He can also be found speaking passionately to students and community members at Universities and local Libraries. Chris does, however, continue to pursue his passion for the creative arts in the form of book writing, song writing, singing and voice acting.
