...This symbol I created is an amalgamation of my life as a former US Navy SEAL and medical professional. It is the blending of the Staff of the Greek god Asclepius, a deity associated with healing and medicine, and the US Navy SEAL Trident, placed upon a battle hardened shield. It represents a precise and powerful balance. A duality of sorts, as it is demonstrative of an offensive and a defensive capability, the ability to harm and to heal, the power of protection and the capacity for pugilism, and the ability to defend or to destroy. In essence, it is my personal and modern day Warriors interpretation of Yin and Yang! .....
